- The UltraMatic is an automated ultrasonic machining centre for drilling and polishing natural or polycrystalline diamond drawing dies (ND,PCD)
- Integrated Touch Panel Windows PC control with a large display allows the simple handling and control of the drilling and grinding cycles as well as of the adjustable swivel movement
- The 500 Watt ultrasonic generator with a performance regulating scale from 0 to 100% allows the machining of drawing dies with diameters between 0.1 and 6 mm
- The large automatic frequency range of the ultrasonic generator permits the use of different sonotrodes for drawing die machining
- Magazine for 30 drawing dies with mount sizes 25 and 28 mm
- Automatic supply of diamond powder suspension
- All functions can be maintained via internet
- Additional connections (e.g. compressed air and mains connection) for additional tools
