This polishing unit for diamond drawing dies with small boreholes e.g. 0.03 mm to 3.0 mm has been customized with adjustable sonotrode housing, soft-start and manual control. The ultrasonic source is an Ultra 500 generator with state of the art components in 19“ rack.
